A weekend of Sucktitude

Song: Yonekura Chihiro - Eien no Tobira

Not really a good weekend so far. Spent the entire day at work trying to finish the project that I spoke of yesterday. It was a VERY frustrating day today, mainly because of my boss not understanding that you can't but a square in a circle, figuratively speaking. In the process of my boss rewriting these instructions, she didn't quite get that we needed to make it as short sentence steps, like the previous instructions, and not tell a story. ... Oh no, she didn't get it at all. She had to fit an entire book on a sheet of letter sized paper. >.< So, we spent the entire day of playing trial and error, constantly rephrasing sentences, shortening them or just completely removing sentences. She still didn't quite get that with all she wanted in these instructions, there was absolutely no room at all. ::sigh:: I really just wanted to yell at her that you can't fucking do it. Get the damn point across your stubborn head. She stood over my shoulder at one point as I modified the text, making edits as I edited. ^^ But throughout the edit, I could visually see that no matter what she did to change it, it was still too long. Hell, there was one point where my boss shortened a repetitive phrasing into a simplified term to shorten the text, yet she adds a longer section to explain it. Where is the logic in that??? >.< It's been one horrible headache and very exhausting. Luckily, my bro did me and Roo's laundry for me, though I was stubborn myself, fighting him that I'd do it. ^^; But, yeah... 6 hours of hell today and it continues tomorrow. ::sigh:: Ever since I got this graphic design gig for the company, which I was looking forward to, my bosses are really making me hate it with their constant immediate deadlines on their ideas. Let me tell you folks, if you ever plan to work for a small company, make sure they have been in the business for longer than 5 years.

Other than that, there isn't much else to talk about. OH, I will say I would like to welcome Hisako-chan to my list of friends. Roo informed me that she talks about me in her blog which I was unaware of. Well, Hisako, welcome aboard and lets toast to a great new friendship!

Now then, for some fresh breath.

::lights a sparkler for Roo:: Gill~berg.... Gill~berg.... Gill~berg...

I know you were kidding, Hisako-chan. I mean, if you weren't, then you might have to suffer a horrible "Twist of Fate". o.o Wait... you're cheering for porn from me? ... ... ... ::slowly steps away:: ^^;;; As for the wrestling bit, you have to get into it. As horrible as it may be today, it's still entertaining to see the wrestlers that actually wrestle like Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle, Rey Mysterio, Matt Hardy, Shannon Moore, Shelton Benjamin and... wait... they are all SmackDown, huh? ^^; Well, there are some good ones on RAW, too like Chris Jericho, Booker T, and... um, some others that I can't think of right now. Just go to TV Guide.com and do a search for "Smackdown" or "RAW" for your local area. Smackdown is on local television and is the better show, minus the Dawn Marie/Torrie Wilson angle. RAW, the one on cable, has some interesting and entertaining people, but the storylines aren't as great. Yes, money is good cause then you can buy stuff and go into debt. @.@ Hey, when it comes to finding a job, the fun part is doing the thing you want to do. Now, I don't mean a career cause that means you have a profession, but I mean... to start off with or... something. Right, did that make sense? ^^ Wait... you're underaged? What are you doing at my journal... and reading my porn!???? o.O ::is arrested and hauled away:: ;_;

Sammy? ::poke:: ^^;

2 mints on my pillow.
